Privacy Policy

General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Customers in connection with their use of the Service Provider's services via the www.laboba.pl online Store.
  2. Terms used in the Regulations remain the same in terms of meaning in this Privacy Policy.
  3. 3. The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure respecting privacy and protection of personal information provided by Customers when using the Store and making purchases within the Store, and the Service Provider shall take all necessary actions for this purpose.
  4. 4. Personal Data in the Store is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law and in line with the relevant legal provisions, in particular, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data processing and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) – in Poland also known as “RODO”.

Personal Data Administrator

  1. The Personal Data Administrator of Customers handled in connection with their use of services through the Store (hereinafter: "Personal Data") is the Service Provider, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
  2. The Administrator is required by law to secure processed personal data against unauthorized disclosure and protect it against seizure by an unauthorized person, to process data in accordance with the requirements of the law and to protect data against alteration, loss, damage or deletion.

The extent of use of Personal Data

  1. The Administrator will ask the Customer to provide the following Personal Data which the Customer should provide in order to place the order:
    1. last name and first name
    2. home address
    3. delivery address (if different from home address)
    4. e-mail address
    5. phone number
    6. and, optionally, additional information that the Customer wishes to provide
  2. In order to manage the Sales Agreement, the Seller may provide data collected from Customers to entities intermediating in payment transactions and suppliers for whom this data is necessary for the processing of payment or shipment. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum.
  3. The Administrator also collects the following data: the IP address used by the Customer, location, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, installed extensions – for statistical purposes and for more efficient resolution of reported problems; as well as pages visited by the Customer in the Store, the amount of time spent on each of the pages – for statistical purposes.
  4. The Administrator processes Personal Data to manage and implement the Sales Agreement, to market its services and products provided the Customer has given their consent, and in other legally justified purposes.

The basis for processing Personal Data

  1. Personal Data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Customer and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of the law or to implement the Sales Agreement concluded between the parties.
  2. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for registration or purchasing purposes within the Store.
  3. Customers have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete/forget, limit processing, the right to transfer data as well as the right to object or withdraw consent at any time without affecting the accordance with the law of processing which was done based on consent before withdrawal. Commercial information

  1. The Administrator may send to the Customers, using the provided e-mail addresses, commercial information about the Administrator's products and services, as well as other products and services, provided that the Customer has agreed to receive it. The Customer may withdraw their consent at any time.
  2. The Administrator may process Personal Data in order to improve services, as well as to adapt ads, materials or recommendations displayed in the Store to the preferences or interests of the Customer, provided that the Customer has agreed to it.

Use of Cookies

  1. "Cookies" are text files saved by the browser on the Customer's computer disk to store information used to identify the customer or to remember the history of actions taken by the Customer.
  2. "Cookies" are used to identify the Customer and correctly assign their historical data collected during previous visits to the Administrator's Store.
  3. The Customer may not agree to use "Cookies" on their computer; it can be done via browser settings.
  4. In the help section of most browsers you can find instructions on how to disable the use of "Cookies".
  5. In addition to Cookies, the online Store may also collect data normally collected by internet system administrators as part of so-called logs or log files. Information contained in logs may include, among others, your IP address, type of platform and web browser, Internet provider and the address of the page from which you entered the Store’s website.

Security

  1. Connections which require you to fill in forms are carried out over a secure, encrypted connection.
  2. It is advisable to adhere to safety rules yourself, nevertheless. In particular, you must keep the Store login and password confidential and never disclose them to third parties.
  3. The Seller will not ask you to provide the login and password, except when logging in to the Store. In order to prevent unauthorized persons from using the account, please log out after using the Store.

Transfer and Sharing of Personal Data

  1. The Administrator may transfer or share Personal Data to third parties if:
    1. the Customer agrees or
    2. this will be justified by law or
    3. it will be necessary to provide and implement the Sales Agreement.
  2. In the above cases, Personal Data will be transferred on the basis of personal data processing agreement (DPA), unless the law excludes such an obligation. Entrusting the processing of Personal Data in the situation described in the first sentence will ensure the protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act to at least the same extent as the scope of the security measures applied by the Administrator.

Customer Rights

  1. Customers have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete/forget, limit processing, the right to transfer data as well as the right to object or withdraw consent at any time without affecting the accordance with the law of processing which was done based on consent before withdrawal.   1. Links to other websites may occasionally appear on the Store’s site. Such websites operate independently and are not in any way supervised by the Store or the Seller. These websites may have their own privacy policies that we recommend to read.
