HOW CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 14 days to return an item purchased in LA BOBA online shop. If You want to return or exchange an item , please let us know by sending the withdrawal form  to sklep@laboba.pl

 

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Fill in the withdrawal form and e-mail it or attache it to the package with the item you want to return. Please attach purchase documents (receipt or invoice) and your bank account number for refund

  • Ship your your items to the following address:

You can also return items  in our boutique at Poznańska street 3/14 in Warsaw .

Opening hours :  from Thuesday to Friday 12-19.

 

REFUND

Refund takes up to 14 days from receiving the package with the returned items. The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
